SkyPods provide a higher degree of design flexibility which will accommodate 6 star or 3 star quality product dependent on architect’s/developers/owners specifications.

With the ‘SkyPod‘ installation, there is the option for traditional construction procedures (without concrete set down)  or a set down in the  concrete floor slab to position the Bathroom in its completed form within 24 hours of the pouring of the concrete slab. This avoids the multitude of individual material, labour lifts and exercises needed in the traditional construction of multi level apartments or hotel buildings. 

 
Depending on the configuration it is estimated the savings on the construction cost of a project would be 3% - 3.5% and up to 15 - 20% saving in construction time.
